This is an annual light show I go with my family to every year at Bolton House near where I live back home. It is a festive light show, that changes its art direction each year. What always strikes to amaze me is how captivating, immersive and emotive the combination of audio stimulation and light/visual stimulation work so powerfully together
This is the same experience I want to try and create within my installation experience : especially in the Hanoi Hannah calm room - to emulate feelings of calm and feminity I am going to use pink and purple lighting.
the audio design especially within the one to the left is absolutely incredible and was strangely emotional to experience
the audio and rigging in the experience above is also insane
The most immersive incredible concert I've ever experienced was Bicep in December. The light show was absolutely incredible and had me in oar. Ive never seen multi coloured lasers used in this type of environment before. If I had the money I would use the layered rainbow light effect for the main room of my installation or when you first walk in, in the entry way of my museum of conflict.
